“It is a frustrating loss for us. I thought we fought back and we could have gotten a couple more stops, instead we fouled and turned the ball over and that was that,” said Vermont head coach Mike Lonergan. “I give Albany credit, they played harder than us today. They made plays when they had to and we just did not have enough. It really starts with the defensive end of the court. We have a few days to get better and we have to try to get a win at BU, but it’s not going to be easy.”
