New Ticket System Allows Fans To Pick Seats/Print Tickets From Their Computer
Centennial Field Ticket Office will be Main Ticket Office During Season
BURLINGTON, VT --- Single-game tickets for the 2007 Vermont Lake Monsters are now available on-line through the team website at www.vermontlakemonsters.com or by phone at (802) 655-6611, the team announced today.
With the on-line sale of tickets, new features are available for the first time in the team’s 14-year history, such as real-time seat selection and the ability to print off your tickets at home 24/7.
“We are extremely excited to launch our new ticket system, which will provide superior flexibility and customer service to our loyal fan base,” Lake Monsters Assistant General Manager Nate Cloutier said. “This new bar-coded ticket system, which is provided by Ticket Return, allows our fans to manage their own ticket account 24/7 and do things with their tickets like never before.”
“Any tickets you cannot use, you may put back up for sale and receive credit back for any that are actually sold,” Cloutier said. “If you are unable to use your tickets, you may also transfer your tickets to a friend simply by emailing them. All they will have to do is simply print them off from their computer.”
Also this season the Lake Monsters main ticket office will move from the “Locker Room” store in the Champlain Mill to the front gate Ticket Office at historic Centennial Field. The Lake Monsters ticket office will be open at Centennial Field throughout the season from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday-Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on Saturdays and 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm on Sundays. Fans can purchase tickets in person during those hours or by phone at (802) 655-6611.
The 2007 Lake Monsters season begins at historic Centennial Field on Tuesday, June 19th as Vermont hosts the Tri-City ValleyCats in the first of 38 home games during the summer.
